We are a family. One big family.
Not a classic family business, however. That is not what we are. But we treat each other with the same care as in a family business.
We meet at eye level.
We are on a first-name basis because we meet each other on equal footing. And so it is right and important to give feedback to superiors about their actions. For good things, but also for mistakes.
You are not run-of-the-mill.
Everyone at our company has their own story, background and ideas about what life means. To us, it is particularly important to know this, respect it and generate added value from it for everyone in the company.
Thinking along and giving joy.
This applies on both a small and a large scale: It can be as simple as handing someone a tool, or thinking about how to advance the company or how to take responsibility.
Practice is the mother of theory.
Everything we manufacture works well, is safe and sustainable. Our design department also uses this wealth of experience on a daily basis in order to be closer to practice than theory.
As quickly as possible and as accurately as necessary.
We know exactly what we do. Not only does this give us the opportunity to deliver solutions and implement them from a single source, but it also saves time for communication, reduces stress, protects budgets and preserves the environment. The result? Solutions that are as sustainable as possible and as lean as necessary.
Decisiveness / error culture / tolerance
It’s better to make a wrong decision from time to time than no decision at all! As long as we learn from our mistakes and deal with them transparently, we are on the right track. Which is why we encourage our colleagues to think and make decisions independently.
If you don't move with the times, you move with the times.
We use a high degree of digitalization to support our processes today. As a result, sequences and routines are changing. In a company that grows collectively, it is very important not to fall behind; you have to keep up with the pace of this growth. Mutual mindfulness and a willingness to develop further are important cornerstones of achieving this.
Knowledge is power...
Knowledge is one of those things that grows when you share it. We share our knowledge and skills because that makes us strong!
Sustainability – We take responsibility for people and nature.
Further training and knowledge transfer always help us to reflect on our own environmental and personal impact. We look after ourselves and our colleagues. We generate our own electricity with photovoltaic energy and our hot water with solar thermal energy. We monitor our consumption on a daily basis and constantly optimize our use of materials.
Diversity – We are colorful and therefore better.
The more diverse a team is, the greater the chances are that it will be equipped to face local and global challenges. Different backgrounds, world views and lifestyles give rise to different perspectives and approaches. A diverse team is, thus, more efficient. It can choose between more than one possible solution, making it more flexible, more willing to change, more creative and more innovative than similar teams.
